Course Overview
Developed in partnership with the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA), this hands-on Emergency First Aid course equips individuals with life-saving medical skills tailored to active-threat and everyday emergencies. Go beyond basic CPR—learn to stop catastrophic bleeding, manage airway emergencies, and stabilize victims until EMS arrives.

In the critical minutes after a violent incident or medical crisis, your actions save lives. This USCCA-certified training bridges the gap between incident and professional response, integrating seamlessly with your plan and active-shooter protocols.

Core Skills Covered (USCCA Curriculum)
- Stop the Bleed® Certification – Tourniquets, wound packing, pressure bandages
- MARCH Algorithm – Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia
- Trauma Kit Deployment – Build and use IFAKs tailored to your sanctuary
- Chest Seals & Airway Management – Penetrating chest wounds, choking, obstructed airways
- Shock & Environmental Emergencies – Heat stroke, hypothermia, allergic reactions in large gatherings
- Triage in Chaos – Prioritize multiple casualties during evacuations or lockdowns
- Handover to EMS – Clear communication, documentation, and legal considerations
- Integration with Safety Drills – Practice medical response during active-shooter simulations
Format:
- 4–6 hours (classroom + hands-on skill stations + scenario-based drills)
- Live-tissue equivalent training aids (where permitted)
- USCCA-certified instructors with real-world trauma experience
